Rosé
2009
Our 2009 Cabernet Franc Rosé was made using the Saignée method. Red Cabernet Franc grapes from Howard Vineyard at Nairne were crushed & after only a few days the pink juice was collected from a soft press and fermented. Vivid colour, violet & cherry aroma, with a rich & complex fruit flavour. A touch of sweet spice & a crisp finish.

2008
2008 Rosé is made with soft pressed Shiraz as the predominant grape variety. A floral and petal aroma is complimented with flavours of cherry, strawberry and pear. There is a touch of spice and petillance on the mid-palate with medium sweetness and a crisp finish. Definitely Sophie's choice. Enjoy now!
