Sparkling Brut

Current Vintage

The 2010 Sparkling Brut is a blend of 84% Pinot Noir and 16% Chardonnay made by the Charmat method. This sparkling wine is slightly blush in colour with an effervescent bead in the glass and has a delicate floral aroma. The palate is fresh & crisp with subtle fruit flavours including cherry and green apple. Enjoy chilled!

Total Acidity: 6.13 g/l

Residual Sugar 8.7 g/l
