Cabernet Sauvignon / Cabernet Franc / Merlot (60/30/10%)
A Bordeaux style with a deep ruby colour with a truffle and cedar nose. Complex flavours of mulberry, cherry and game with a grippy, tannin and chocolate finish. Suitable with meat or duck dishes, pasta or cheese.
