Chardonnay

2007

2007 Chardonnay demonstrates the classic winemaking style with deft barrel fermentation in French oak for six months. The typical cool climate characteristics of stone fruit and melon are enriched by the creamy texture and subtle nutty flavours imparted from the oak. The finish is crisp and clean due to the natural acidity. Start the Chardonnay revival and simply enjoy!
