Sauvignon Blanc

2008

Another wee ripper with intense flavour despite harvesting during a hot March. Straw aroma, pungent passionfruit & gooseberry attack the taste buds. The rich mid-palate is full and grippy with a touch of spice followed by a fresh, clean finish. Enjoy chilled (but not too cold) on its own, with seafood and Asian food styles.
