Winemaker Michael Sykes chose a more subtle expression of the varietal character: straw aroma and delicate flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry. There is emphasis on an elegant structure and a rich, fullsome mid-palate. Enjoy chilled (but not too cold) on its own or with seafood and Asian food styles.
