Semillon Botrytis

2006

With an ideal season in 2006, surplus Semillon was left for development of the 'noble rot'. Fresh pineapple and lime flavours with a honey sweetness balanced by an acid finish. Serve only slightly chilled. Ideal for citrus-based desserts.
