Includes a tiny addition of Viognier. Dark ruby in colour with a rich fruit and vanilla aroma. Full flavours of dark berries, black olives, pepper and spices followed by chocolate and grippy oak tannins. Best decanted. Enjoy with meat dishes, stews, pasta or cheese platters. Will benefit from careful cellaring.
