Clover is nestled on the spectacular Howard Vineyard and here is where we embark on a farm to plate journey. Our Head Chef Heather Day will take you on a food experience, savouring the exotic flavours of Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Japan and Szechuan China. Heathers passion is in preparing fresh and vibrant South-East Asian food, beautifully presented and made to be shared between friends, "let us feed you" or even better, "let us indulge you" menus.
Fresh Asian herbs and vegetables are hand picked next to our vineyard and as many ingredients as possible are sourced locally from the Adelaide Hills. Heather only uses the best seasonal produce and the menu changes to reflect what is delicious and in abundance. Our clever Cellar Door staff can match each dish perfectly to our cool climate wines, so all you need to do is enjoy. Relaxed and informal, Clover Restaurant is family friendly with lawn games available and live music every Sunday for a chilled atmosphere.
Before you leave on the day wander through our beautifully manicured gardens, play a spot of croquet on the terraced lawns, or cosy up by the fire at our Cellar Door while tasting and enjoying our award winning wines.

Group Wine Tastings
We welcome group wine tastings but bookings are essential. Please note a $10 per person tasting fee applies for all large group tastings but is redeemable on any takeaway purchase per bottle per person.

As a top contestant on Australia's Premier cooking show, MasterChef, Food is Heather's life. Heather first started at Howard Vineyard in 2007 as Marketing Manager and since enjoying a stint in Sydney she has relocated to her home town Adelaide to re-join the team at Howard.
Heather brings with her an abundance of experience as a food entrepreneur and as a full-on foodie, she has the passion and creativity to take Clover Restaurant to an exciting, fresh experience.
Heather's career in the Hospitality Industry spans 20 years and this experience combined with her flair in the kitchen, love of Asian, Sashimi and seafood dishes is sure to Indulge even our regular clientele. Heather has an inspired fresh new take on our South East Asian cuisine that locals, friends and new customers can enjoy with an indulgent menu full of delicious detail and clever plating.
Heather continues to explore her culinary dream at Clover using only the freshest, seasonal local produce and together we look forward to sharing a long Sunday lunch with you soon!
