Winemaking: Estate grown, picked overnight to ensure minimum colour pick-up. Softly pressed with only 2 hours skin contact. 30% barrel aged for 3 months to give complexity.
Nose: It’s savoury, juicy, spicy and inviting all at once. The cherry burst is complimented by hints of herbs and dried flowers.
Palate: The palate delivers a balance of fruit and savoury characters. Fresh raspberry and strawberry combine nicely with a mineral character and a dry textural finish.
