Winemaking: Estate grown in our Lobethal vineyard ‘Schoenthal’. Chilled overnight at 4 degrees. lightly pressed. Free run juice pressings only. Slow cold ferment and released quickly to show vineyard expression.
Story: Pinot Gris from the Adelaide Hills is crisp and fresh and a style growing in popularity. It has a lovely mouthfeel and is the perfect food wine. We love to enjoy ours with seafood or Asian cuisine.
Taste: Crisp and zingy with hints of Granny Smith apple and Nashi pear. A delightfully textural mouthfeel with a touch of spice and a dry finish.
