Join us for our Wedding Open Day and let us host you, your family, and friends. Chat with our wedding team about bringing your big day to life at Howard Vineyard, explore ceremony and reception styling ideas, and meet some of our favourite local suppliers.

Enjoy live music, delicious roaming canapés from our award-winning restaurant, our signature cocktail bar, and complimentary wine tastings throughout the day.

We’d love to show you around and help you imagine your perfect day. Venue tours will be available with our wedding team throughout the day. If you’d like to join a tour, simply select your preferred time when booking. These times are limited, however please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you cannot find a suitable time.

What to expect on the day

Open from 12pm until 5pm, you can arrive at any time during the event hours and take a look around the venue. Our Wedding Open Day is the perfect opportunity to come along and meet our wedding team experts, along with some of our recommended suppliers that we work with. You’ll get a chance to wander the grounds and take it all in, enjoy food and wines, try our cocktails and chat with industry supplier experts – along with special deals limited to Wedding Day guests only.

A casual menu will also be available if you wish to order any additional food items during the day.

What’s included in your ticket

General Admission Ticket:

A glass of sparkling on arrival

Complimentary wine tastings for you to try our wines and think about which you might include with a drinks package on your day

Taste our roaming canapes served hourly, a selection of 3-4 of our most popular canapes that feature in our wedding packages

General Admission plus Venue Tour for 2 guests Tickets:

All of the General Admission inclusions, plus a chance to meet with one of our wedding team one on one and go through any and all of your questions while taken on a guided tour of the venue.

These Venue Tours are very limited – so book early. If you miss out, or wish to plan another day for a Venue Tour – these are complimentary tours and can be booked direct with our wedding team for a time that suits you.

Venue Tours – what to expect on the day

Our Venue Tours will run for approx. 20 mins and include:

• a one on one guided tour of our venue, grounds and surrounds with a wedding team expert
• Shown around the venue and discuss many different layout opportunities
• Discuss ways we can tailor our wedding packages to suit your day, stylings, theme and budget
• Answer any of your questions you’ve been burning to ask
• Point you to explore a multiple of picture perfect photography locations throughout the wider grounds and surrounds
• Discuss Wedding Open Day booking specials limited to Open Day Guests only
