2023 Howard Vineyard Shiraz
Vineyard: Clover Farm, Mount Barker
Palate: A juicy palate of ripe cherry, plum, strawberries with notes of raspberry, spice and cloves. Soft texture with a warm pallet and bight acidity.
Aroma: Plum, blackberry, raspberry, cherry with hints of cloves, vanilla, toast and dark chocolate.
Serving suggestion: Perfectly paired to Adelaide Hills Lamb shoulder with gochujang jus.
Winemaking: Fermented in 5T open top stainless steel tanks. The grapes are cold soaked, hand plunged and basket pressed. 30% new French oak for 12 months using 500L puncheons. Vegan Friendly, minimal So2 added.
