Bright and fresh with aromas of lemon and stone fruit.  Vibrant lemon rind, stone fruit and key lime flavours dominate. The Chardonnay offers great length and fresh acidity. Finishing dry with a hint of creaminess.

2024 Howard Vineyard Sparkling Blanc De Blancs Magnum

BLANC DE BLANCS:  Wine connoisseurs know Blanc de Blanc Champagne as the epitome of finesse and elegance.  Made entirely from Chardonnay , this sparkling is a wine drinker’s delight with its zesty and uplifting flavors.

Viticulture:  Beautiful Valley (Charleston) Block B, F and H.  Elevation: 470-500AMSL.  Clones: Chardonnay I10V1 Planted 1997, SW gentle Slope.

Winemaking: The fruit was picked early from low yielding vines and at night to preserve fruit quality. Primary fermentation using traditional EC-118 champagne yeast in stainless steel, partial malo latic fermentation gives fullness but still retains freshness. 3 months on lees, then made in the traditional method.
