2025 Howard Vineyard Riesling

Vineyard: Hill River Estate, Polish Hill, Clare Valley

Elevation: 440  AMSL, North South rows with a gentle Easterly aspect planted in 1980.

Winemaking: Picked early in the morning, pressing the grapes at 7am gently using only the free run juice which we slowly ferment to show vineyard and individual block expression.

Nose: Jumps out of the glass with aromas of a fresh bouquet of white spring flowers, lime, lemon and mandarin characters.

Palate: Delicate aromatics of lemon, lime zest and lychee round out this wine and compliment the dry finish.

Pair the 2025 Howard Vineyard Riesling with sushi, smoked salmon, and fish tacos.
