Elevation: 380-410 AMSL
Winemaking: Low yielding vines, cane pruned. Fruit was picked at night to ensure cold fruit is delivered to the winery. 8 hours skin contact.
Nose: Intense passionfruit, guava and fresh herbs greet the nose. Hints of freshly cut grass and slate.
Palate: Passionfruit hits the palate followed by flavours of Granny Smith apple, dill, gooseberry, guava. This wine has a white pepper and clove element unique to this part of the Adelaide Hills.
